These services are provided in accordance with the specifications, briefs, and other agreements entered into between Neyio and its customers.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are negotiated individually per project. The standard practice within Norrhavet is a 10-day payment term, with progressive payment throughout the project. 4. Privacy Policy

Neyio is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy at neyio.com/datapolicy for information about how we collect, use, and share your personal data.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent agreed upon in our contracts with customers. We are not responsible for any actions taken by the customer or any third parties with the website or platform after we deliver it to the customer and the site is launched. We assume responsibility up to the launch of the product, based on the brief and specifications agreed upon at the project start and in the contract with the customer. If no contract exists, the customer assumes all responsibility, and Norrhavet and its brands are entirely free from liability, including for content and security aspects.

6. Ownership and Copyright

Upon receipt of full payment, the ownership of the site or platform, including any associated copyrights, is transferred to the customer. Until full payment is received, Norrhavet retains all rights to the site or platform and any associated materials.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes arising from the provision of services by Neyio, the customer should first contact the responsible project manager via email. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties may agree to pursue alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation or arbitration.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any legal action or proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be brought in the courts of Sweden.

9. Specific Agreements

Specific agreements, if any, that have been entered into between Neyio and a customer, shall apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions and may take precedence over conflicting terms in this document.

10. Norrhavet’s General Terms

Norrhavet’s general terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Neyio and supersede any brand-specific agreements and provisions.
